Returns & Exchange


Our return policy is 14 working days upon receipt.
An exchange will only be made for items that are defective/faulty due to manufacturing defect, shipped in the wrong size or colour, or if an incorrect item was sent to you.

Kindly contact us at hello@charli.com.sg with your name, shipping address, phone number, order number, item name(s) and the reason(s) for return or exchange.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Merchandise must be unused and unwashed with tag still intact, in their original packaging
- Merchandise must be purchased directly from us
- Merchandise must not be sent directly back to the manufacturer

We have the right to decline any return(s) that are deemed unwarranted.

Non-returnable items:
- Hair accessories, books, toys and swimwear
- Gift cards
- Sale items

REFUNDS (in terms of store credit)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be added to your account.

STORE CREDIT

- Store credit can only be used at our website, www.charli.com.sg
- Store credit is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash
- Any purchase amount that exceeds the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due
- Store credit is provided in SGD
- To view your store credit, please log into your CHARLI account

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you are, it is not eligible for returns or exchange.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a registered or track-able shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
